Yes we do provide samples for our existing range of packaging. Email us at Hello@theboxco.com.au and we can send a sample to you.

Yes the samples are free but there will be a $10 postage charge, however you can choose to pick up a sample from our warehouse.

We understand each individual farm is unique, so the requirements are different. Our minimum is 20 boxes, however we prefer to sell base on pallets, quantities depends on the type of box and its size. Email us at Hello@theboxco.com.au and we can definitely help you with your requirements.

Our shipping costs will vary depending on your location. We currently have our own trucks to deliver to Lockyer Valley region which is at a flat rate of $50 per trip. Email us on Hello@theboxco.com.au for an accurate quote if you are outside of these areas.

We can definitely arrange delivery for areas that we are currently not servicing yet as we use regional transport partners, or we can use your preferred transport or courier service.

Yes you can definitely pickup your order from our warehouse.

Yes we do, we use professional courier and transport services for all our deliveries around Australia.

We check all our orders before they that go out to you, however in the case our boxes are faulty or damaged you should inform us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide evidence. We will surely exchange the product for you.
